Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Causeway Coastline! Every piece of our coastal-inspired jewellery is carefully packaged and sent with love from the North Coast of Northern Ireland.

Order Processing

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: £2.99

  • Express Delivery: £5.99

  • FREE Standard Delivery: On UK orders over £50

We use Royal Mail to deliver our jewellery. Delivery times depend on the service selected and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you’ll receive the relevant delivery information once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

International shipping charges and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges, which are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
